Note:
The meeting links for online presenters have been mailed along with detailed instructions to the primary authors of the accepted papers, kindly get back to us incase if you have not received the same.
[3 Feb, 2026] Authors without registering for the event will not be considered for presentation irrespective of the schedule released below.

Papers will be accepted for oral presentation, but publication will be subject to the incorporation of comments by the reviewers and suggestion given during presentation. Submitted papers have to meet the criteria of 20% plagiarism.
Note
We intend to publish all accepted and presented papers in the Institute Publication as Conference Proceedings with an ISBN number & DOI. Furthermore, it is planned that selected papers will be recommended for special issues of reputed indexed journals.

Instruction for Paper Submission

The paper will go for a double blind review.
The paper must include an abstract of about 250 words and a maximum of five keywords.
Submitted papers will go through a plagiarism check. Papers having similarity scores of 30% or above are liable to be rejected without further review.
Authors of the accepted papers will be informed via email. Information about necessary revisions (if any) will be communicated to the corresponding author.
Authors must incorporate suggestions and submit the revised camera-ready copy within the given deadline. Adding or removing authors is not allowed post-acceptance.
